With over 14 years managing multi-million dollar commercial union carpenter construction projects — including work at the project management and vice president level on projects exceeding $30 million in annual volume — we bring a level of field and coordination experience that most residential builders and their clients have never had access to.

In commercial construction, constructability review is standard. No project goes from design to build without experienced eyes checking for coordination conflicts, sequencing problems, missing scope, and budget exposure. The same gaps exist in residential construction. The difference is that nobody is usually looking for them — until a change order arrives. That is the gap we fill.
