Common questions

Before you reach out.

Do you work with my architect or against them?

Neither. We review drawings from a construction execution perspective. If we find a gap, you get a specific question to bring back to your architect — not a complaint.

Do I need to tell my GC I hired you?

That's your call. We work for you, not your contractor, and have no relationship with any GC that would create a conflict.

Are you a licensed architect or engineer?

No. We provide construction consulting, not architectural, engineering, or code certification services. Structural or code concerns should go to your architect or engineer of record.

How long does a review take?

Most readiness reviews are delivered in 5–7 business days. Full constructability reviews typically take 7–10 business days.
